My Dad and I decided to go skydiving for the first time this weekend. What a rush! It's the most insane feeling leaping from an airplane and free falling at 120 mph. I'm so glad we did it because I'm ready to go back asap! We had a cameraman go up with us and take video and stills of my jump. Here's the video on YouTube.

Thanks guys! It was so totally rad. I was iffy on the whole situation for a few weeks, but decided to schedule a few days before the actual jump. I'm already planning my next two tandems, then I can move onto instructor assisted freefalls and wear my own chute!

BTW, sorry about my camera shyness  lol

LOL! It really was an awesome experience. I was thinking about getting the video because I figured this would be my only jump because it would scare the crap out of me so bad. It seems it's lit a fire in me though :D
Thx dude! It definitely was. I'm still stoked about it. Actually just posted my Hobie kayak for sale so I can put the money towards this!

Here are a few of the stills. This is when they opened the door when we were getting ready to jump and I guess I realized what I was about to do.

Doesn't the expression in the first pic translate as "Oh fuck, this is stupid?".

LOL. Thx man. I've got to order a set of tinted goggles for my next jumps so this won't happen again
