Werid intense vibrating comeing from engine compartment

Hey guys I have a 08 tacoma with 105,xxx. Miles I get this really bad vibration and rattles the whole cab everytine I press the gas on up hills or goin Stright it doesn't do it all the time it's on and off but it happens a lot I need help I can't figure it out everyones telling me it's the transmission

 

Perhaps universal joints.

 

Check your engine and transmission mounts, too.

 

My buddies jeep would do this when he had a busted engine mount

 

Well I figured out wut it was at 35 to 40 miles ahour seems to be the torque converter is locking up and makeing a very bad vibration and on the high way it does not change gears:/ which means I need to rebuild my tranny and I only hav 100,000 miles on it
