West Coast Dealer Email Contact List?

    My hope was to buy what appears to be the ghost vehicle ('18 white Pro MT, not over MSRP) in the beginning of April. However, in reading threads here on TW, I am concerned about my timeline and thought maybe I should reach out to dealers now. I am in central CA (Fresno) but willing to travel ~500 miles or so if needed.

    It seems like most of the dealers have "contact us" forms on their websites but not readily available email addresses that I could compile for a bulk mailing. I'd hate to go one-by-one if I don't have to.

    So, two questions: 1) Who do you think is the best person/title to email at the dealership (Internet Sales Manager, General Manager, etc.)? and 2) Has anyone compiled a dealership email address list for the West Coast?
