    weathertech, seat covers, scratches
Mostly fire roads, some unmaintained rutted bumpy rocky brushy stuff with creek crossings
A few legit river crossing/fording spots too if you want to test your luck

Morgantown is no mans land for wheeling trips. Rausch Creek is 6-7 away. Kentucky is forever away. Even Canaan is a trip, but feels like a blink in comparison.

Someone went wheeling outside of my girl’s community. They just put up these nice brick pillars with lights on top and someone crushed one coming down 73 yesterday from Fairmont. Road covered with ice and snow, and some goon came down at speed.

Morgantown is 3 1/2 for me, hardly "forever". Canaan/Davis is a solid 4 hours. Not out of reach, but not exactly close coming off the LBL meet trip of 14 hours drive time there and back.
Most of you aren't much further than the Cincy crew I wheel with. Should try and make it to Rush this summer.

14 there and back is silly.

I’ve also driven cross country in a GTI without cruise, old suspension, and small oil leak, so what do I know :)

We’re going to Davis in a few weeks when she can get her squad (or.. her squad gets their guys..) in line. Probably be spring break time with the way this late winter is shaping up.

This week has for sure reminded me that I’m no longer in Hawaii.

Haha she’s ready tho. We drove her Outback down from Pittsburgh yesterday in the storm. It would break traction every now and then and I would just say ‘aren’t you glad we didn’t break my truck with snow rated tires? I am.’

25mph in her car because it’s for freaking summer tires on an AWD ‘adventure’ crossover.

She took this about halfway between Pittsburgh and Morgantown. I told her it’s time to get some decent all weather tires.

I drive over 4 substantial (by wv standards) mountains on my daily commute through Randolph county.
When it’s slickery snowy n icy I leave the taco (decent tires) in the driveway and take the wife’s suby with the snow tires :)
Partly cuz less salt on my truck’s frame but mostly because the car is a drama free tank in the nastiest conditions

I’ve been on a few with snow tires and owned a ‘15 WRX to know their AWD system is great. It’s her tires.

I haven’t seen much in the way of rusty third gens, but those days are coming soon I figure.

Any of you guys wanna buy my stock trd sport wheels and tires? They're just kind of sitting around. They have like 17,000 miles on them.

I don't even know what to ask for them. I may just try to sell them on Craigslist.

I’d just check the marketplace here and see what you can get. People will drive for a deal.
