More routes, 110 miles from the start of hancock pass all the way to Lake City, the start of engineer pass. All of the passes to the west are 70 miles combined. Almost all of this is off main roads.

Hey this is cool! I've always dreamed about driving through Colorado. Mind if I hop in with you guys on this trip? If the plan is for y'all to stop near St. Louis the first night I can link up with you there. I'm located in Chicago, can be in St. Louis in just over a few hours.

If there is anything between Buena Vista and Lake City that anyone wants to see let me know and Ill re-route what I have. Buena Vista looks like its got some nice scenery but I wanna see what everyone else wants to do before searching for trails around there, currently I just have hancock pass. Not sure what highways you wanted to take Ross, lmk.

I'd like to go out with you around our. There's some places that guys at work told me about that I'm sure you or @HomerTaco know about. There's an old section of the turnpike I heard?

I don't like big crowds either, but I have a feeling the crowd will get smaller the closer we get to a specific chosen date. If not we can split the group and just make deadlines for getting to camp every day or something. Or stagger departure times by an hour every day. But I feel you, something like this needs a lot of freedom and if everyone isn't on board with someone else's ideas it can leave things you want to do off the table to keep the majority happy and to keep a group together. This is especially difficult to plan with such a small time frame. We'll see how it all goes down.

Yup lol, I actually wanna take a month or more and do some stuff beyond CO, but it depends what kind of position I'm in at that point. I could take well over a month if I were to go out there now, but I don't have the money...

I'm the same way, I like to have my own stuff and be self sufficient also. But it's good to know there is some extras in the group.

And I actually said 3 of everything at minimum spread out. :D

Spare u joints, wheel bearings not sure how easy to change on the trail though, oil, brake fluid, fuses wire...
