So my question is how many of us are in the nyc/westchester county ny area that want to do a meet? Is there one already going on? I've searched the old interweb in multiple locals and couldn't find one.

I’m in Westchester but your best bet is to post in the Regional Forums- most are from LI and a few from CT...
I’ll be down for a meet but in the spring no way I’m getting out of my truck in this weather lol

absolutely would love to do that. I don't really know if many trails I'm new to all this. I did some easy stuff in my old 4runner but was not worth bringing a group to for such a short trail. Would be nice to learn some places to go that wouldn't be insanely far to get to in the east that won't destroy our paint jobs. Ie wide open trails or manicured a little. I'm not ready to scratch the hell out of my new 17 paint job. I'm all for beaches too if that helps.
