    I mean… it’s a Ford, you don’t care
It’s only going to get worse today! Should freeze back up though. Supposed to rain down here within the hour.

Rain has pretty much cleared out of here now. It is in the mid-40s and wet out there.

Not sure if that was in regards to my question about the timing belt on my 4Runned? Granby is a town over so it’s very possible. I need to just dedicate the weekend to truck work. Anybody around want some beer?! :D

Yup that’s what I have to look forward to. How was the job overall? Everything I read sounds like the bolt is pretty brutal.

Probably the biggest pain in the ass of the whole process. I just use a big chain wrench and a big 1/2" breaker bar. Overall it's straight forward, might as well do the waterpump and thermostat while you're in there, check the cam and crank seals as well. I bought an Aisin kit off of rockauto since it would be OE parts

I have a full OEM kit that multiple people on the T4R forum recommended including cam and crank seals. I’ve done a bunch of work to the truck up to this point, timing chain/belts just make me nervous. Off a tooth and you’re in a little trouble haha

I think the 3.4 is a non-interference motor if I remember right. Let me know when you want to do it, hopefully indoors. Took me about 4 hours to do last time

I am still living out of my parents house during school but a garage with a lift is near the top of the want list for future home. My friend in NH has a lift and the few times I do work when I am up there, it's a luxury.

Got the frame welded today, so @tacobell007 (I believe it was you who offered), you can remove getting back to me about your friend in E'ton from the top of your priority list ;).... Seriously, it's all good. I appreciate the offer & obviously could'a reminded you.... Worked out though, cuz my brother in law did it & when I tried to give him some dough, he insisted I keep it. Said it was his way of repaying me for all the times he treated me like shit....

@DrFunker we got at least 6 inches at this point, haven't been outside yet. Wife will be up soon to walk the dogs and then I'll get out and plow and know better. How is it looking in the lowlands? Your greylock snowday site didn't update yet this morning! That guy is good though, really does a good job reading the weather.
