I would do that however i'm at 67,000 miles now, outside the warranty. I had the front diff checked at 55,000 miles at the dealer but they just said "normal". This was before I knew about the TSB.

No. It is a private guy that works on trucks for fun (and $ of course).
Great mechanic/great guy. He may be able to help you out.

That would be awesome if someone could PM me his info. I'd probably wait until spring to get it done, going to do my suspension first.

Tsb is covered beyond warranty. Faulty part on their end. I was past warranty as well.

I walked in with a copy of the TSB in my hand and said I'm having these issues to the letter. They took it for a ride and agreed. Dropped it off the next day and 4 hours later it was done, and no money out of my pocket.

That's good to hear, and the TSB bearing fixed your vibe? Mines pretty slight at the moment and they'll likely blame my tires, if it gets worse after my level i'll bring it down to them. If it doesn't get any worse i'll just have the ECGS bushing done on my own time. Thanks for the reply.

Mine was a vibration and a noticeable grinding grumbling sound which was a little worse around corners. The key to answering the question as to what it was, if you switch it to 4wd the noise and vibe went away. Switched it back it came back.
