glad to hear about google. I try to tell my friends about zoom and how it’s messed up...but conveniences is more important these days to some

our first 11 weddings are on hold/have secondary dates secured. Looks like middle-end of June until we start. That said I’ve been doing a ton of work around the property, so taking advantage of the down time

I’m going to the registry about 10am to finalize my mountain top trade. You are welcome to come camp up there this summer. Can check out Brodie and the windmills. They are a mile hike from our land and there is a trail...

We must have two inches in woods and on the bridges, driveway already melted tho.

Anytime! Family would be welcome too if they catch you trying to sneak out

If we had an event that weekend you could park by the house and go up. Be happy to run any big supplies up on the 4wheeler as well so you could enjoy the hike up.

Would take me 15 minutes maybe round trip. Makes the steep hike 80% more enjoyable for you I'd bet. More than even trade!

Yeah no snow down here in the valley but already spoke with a few patients who had 2-3 inches overnight. Not jealous of that at all haha.

Things working well for you @Bridge4 as far as coordinating other dates, vendors, etc.?

Thanks to my wife, we are gonna get through this. She has figured out a creative way to get our couples some pretty decent make up date options, while still potentially holding their weddings on schedule if possible.

We do about 30 a year, so far 11 are either moved, or have two dates held incase.

Waiting on all gov't relief, although that is more our bank than anything. We applied for everything by mid morning the day of. I guess our funds are set aside though, and the disaster relief funds will be in there any day.

Luckily we had a little savings, are taking deposits for 2021 and beyond etc... So we will survive, but the PPP money will ensure we can cover everything and have a tiny bit of breathing room, until we hopefully are running.

A lot of the vendors are having a VERY rough go of things. I think even with some relief we see a lot of businesses die from this shut down. The relief bills don't cover the majority of expenses and most buisness around here is seasonal and people were counting on spring as their savings ran out. Now the savings are gone and they aren't even allowed to work.

We got like 3-4 inches, almost all gone now though.

First wedding happening now. 6 people, one parent is officiating. No vendors but a photographer, and I'm obviously not there either. Going to do it by the river where we have a nice grassy area. Better than nothing and they will come back in the fall for a full celebration. Nice to let them have something on the day they had been waiting on.
