What's the deal here. That don't look like a trout, but I didn't know we did alligators or Nessy around here.

 

Why can't anybody ever hold a camera steady and take quality pics/vid of creatures?

 

They shake from excitement for catching the perfect photo that will land them millions...............................of laughs.

 

Anybody out there have a spare UCA bolt? Mine snapped and cant get to the dealer until Monday. Im in the Greenfield area.

 

Morning ,92 degrees today

 

Too hot, not looking forward to today as I have to spend most of it outside. We need rain so bad, all the stuff that was in the surrounding towns yesterday skipped us.

 

Dry as a bone out there for sure . Sprinkler going right now on the front lawn . Luckily I have a good well and there is a flood plain across the road .

 

Probably do a little mowing but mostly hang by the pool or go out on the pontoon boat

 

I will be watering tomorrow and Tuesday. Going to mow my lawn this morning, only takes about 30 minutes so won't be bad, holding off on the business lawn as we have air b-n-b people there now and honestly it could use a few more days to make sure when I cut it wont burn out.

Then up to my parents for fathers day, they have a pond which is great, but I don't really swim. So basically sitting outside all afternoon cooking myself. Wife is hitting 3rd tri-mester so maybe I'll throw her under the buss after a couple hours and say we gotta get back to the ac for her

How long does it take them to connect it all, a week or so?

 

Putting the modular pieces together is only a day. Then just connecting electric, and water.

 

Wasn’t sure if there was much to do opening up the connecting pieces and whatnot.
What a satisfying thing that must be. Foundation to house in two days! Obviously finish work and what not but still...

 

I remember a neighbor growing up had a decent size 2 story built in 2 days.

I'm working on getting a house, and think I'm going to build a modular.
