    Getting close ! If my son in laws father would spend more than a few hours a week we would be doing better . He’s doing the sheetrock compounding and banisters on stairs . It takes time because 3 coats and he comes here once a week if we are lucky . He spends 3 and a half days at his camp every week o_O We are all chipping in to do the decks as soon as he is done inside .

    Nothing has gone smoothly, not one thing :mad: We can’t get all the PT for one of the decks either so the building inspector has to alter the permit so they can move in when everything else is done .Which means my daughter has to let the bank know so they can withhold that money until the lumber is available :annoyed:

    We built our house about a year ago, zip board was 12 bucks a piece or about according to our contractor, now it' 24 bucks a piece. :eek:
