I’m hanging out at the new modular while Directv hooks everything up . Had the HVAC guy here earlier this morning to make some adjustments on electronic dampers . Heat working much better .

Good thing I did my brakes and radiator. No 7pin, so no brakes for me.... Didn't over heat and delivered back to storage successfully.

I usually tow it with the 4 runner which handles it like nothing, but a "helpful" family member cut HALF THE FUCKING TRAILER WIRE without being asked to, and now it doesn't reach it anymore.

 

How many feet of wire for $30k ....... a few miles ?

I wish! No, it is the guys who move our dirt around. They leave them tho for weeks at a time with the keys in them. I’ve driven their bulldozers, rollers etc...

Didn’t touch this one though, they were setting pylons yesterday.

Patience is key, they come up often. Don't be picky on color, I spent $300 on the topper and about that to paint it.

Hopefully even if there are any issues they'd be tiny. We had to move some electrical boxes under some windows to center them better...they always find something

 

Yes ,we had a pre final about a week and a half ago . At that time the back deck was not finished or the railing on staircase in house . He pointed out a piece of insulation missing behind and above breaker box and lags missing on top plates of Lally columns in basement . Talked on the phone yesterday and told him about the blower door test failure because he gets sent a copy anyway . I mentioned we know where the issues are and will be addressed when they move in . I’m thinking he might want risers installed on the stairs to the big deck But he never mentioned it when checking the smaller decks Who knows ?

 

I also found on the stamped plans where it says everything meets NYS code . If he gives me a hard time about the blower door test I will have him look at the plans . He has had a copy for over 3 months and probably never looked at them .
