    I know.....I was hoping that as well. I don't know if it is the towns responsibility to clean it up, the owners of the tree that the branch fell responsibility, or mine.....Anybody know this?

    I think if theyre cleaning up tree stuff under normal circumstances its the tree removal companies if I'm not mistaken. Im not sure how storm damage works though

    Its the electric company. They have the ROW and control over the area around their poles from what I know. I called National Grid when this was done to me, I got put in touch with their botany/tree crew guy and he called a crew to get it immediately. So call your power company, explain the issue and they should take care of it.

    I did this literally like 3 months ago, maybe less.

    Exactly right! Usually the power company leaves the wood for a few days/weeks to give people a chance to gather what they want then dispatch clean up crews when they get complaints about it still being in yards.
