Just scored some rear shocks. Anyone know a shop that can do it for a decent price? I live in an apartment complex so a little limited on installs.

I'm in Bethlehem just down the road from you. This should be the most popular thread on TW, because I see a hundred Tacomas everywhere I go here!

We're out that way quite often. We eat at PJ's quite a bit with the family. Lots of Tacomas around!

I went to a guy on Hendersonville rd,Garner's stereo center in Fletcher. I wired mostly everything up and prior to hooking it all up he checked my work and tweeked everything just right. He didn't charge me and was always fair with me in price. I would venture to believe how he treated me would reflect how he conducted his business with everyone?

Find a friend and do it in their driveway. My friend installed mine in ten minutes. I could've watched a YouTube video and done it myself.

I checked with Garners. I have the speaker's, amp, sub, and an older head unit. They gave me an estimate of $500, that includes all the wiring, adapters to use steering wheel controls, and a new HU surround

Not sure if you'd drive to Greenville for a deal, but one of our locals here knows people. Might be able to get you a TW discount. I can ask if you're interested.

I wouldn't know much about the steering wheel wiring but I did mine (1st time) it took me a full weekend but I got her done. It sure beats dishing out $500. I just did my own headers and no leaks but it would have been worth the $500 to have someone else do it. That wasn't fun at'all!

I would appreciate that. I'm only about 45 minutes from Greenville and i would rather drive around Greenville than drive around Asheville.

I was at a time share in Lake Lure, NC a couple weeks ago. On the way to it, I spotted a black 2nd gen. DCSB Tacoma with a bedrack and CVT rooftop tent mounted on it. It was at the Lake Lure Adventure Company both Saturday & Sunday. Of course it wasn't there Monday when I would have been able to stop! Anyone on here?

BTW, it was nice to see a ton of Toyotas & Tacomas out on the road. I am certainly sick of seeing all the black or white Chevy bro trucks running around up here in MI. Maybe I should relocate after my surgery.

Use google maps, usda forestry maps and create your own. Hurricane creek at MM 8 and Richland rd are the only ones I know. I just pick a road and ride, mapping it with my GPS so i have it next time.
