I'll let the party planning continue and make a decision based on my schedule. Sept - Oct is pretty cramped for me due to my work schedule, but I'll see if I can squeak whatever y'all decide.

Yeah, It's lame, but Aug-Oct is budget season and that's the only reason they keep accountants like me around it feels like.

Trust me, I had no intention of being an accountant. It just sort of happened. But it is relatively easy on the day to day, and pays quite well, so it's hard to consider taking a different road at this point.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I will post a location of this bomb a$$ downhill I joined a group up on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
We pulled off on an overlook, and they just straight up
word, my place is about 45mins from you. Will hit ya up sometime when I am up at the mtn house, if ya wanna do some camping, wheein’ or biking.
Motorcycles are my 1st love, but I spend time on the pedals to keep my stamina up. I am one of those Clydesdales rides, you know...looks like a line man or linebacker decided to start pedalin’ lol so I got to keep it up to hang with my skinny bros lol

Sounds good, we still live in Charlotte but I'll probably be up there a bunch of weekends this fall riding and working on the house. I used to ride motorcycles until I laid her down at 100 mph. Now the wife has banished me to non-motorized bikes.

Likely going to be a flip, but may rent it for a year after we fix it up to avoid capital gains. Maybe longer depending on the market.

Just stumbled on this thread from the CLT thread and if the details line up my wife and I would like to join.

BTW, we just came back from several days riding in the Cherokee/Bryson City and Boone/Beech areas. Fire Mountain in Cherokee was the most fun after Beech (only because you could ride the lift at Beech = no climbing). Turkey Creek campground is great in between Fire Mt. and Tsali.
