This is probably the biggest group buy list I've seen for a group buy that doesn't even exist yet lol. Did anyone ever figure out who is going to call WO to set this up?

I already did. WO wants to wait till after labor day to officially get it going. I figured we could at least get a list going.

 

I looked through their site and under the custom graphics to be embroidered, there aren't any toyota logos, do you know if they will do them like in the last group buy? and will the codes be the same? I think I have the codes on my computer somewhere for toyota graphics

EDIT: nevermind, guess the graphics didn't save on my computer like I thought they did

Just for the record... for those posting up a list and your names on the end, there are others on the thread that were in front of you guys. I don't know how accurate the list is now beyond the point of where the list ended when the original person made it on page 5. Just my .02

 

This is just a list of "interest" and is not official. I'll give up my spot to be number 1,000,000,000,000 it doesn't make a difference right now. Once the official GB starts a new thread will be made and list starts over. Just so you know.

 

I thought the official list was the one on page 5 and when it's time for the group buy to start then a new thread will open and have that list posted onto it. At least this is my understanding

Either way if we have been aware of any type of list since 6 pages ago then we have all had plenty of time to put our names on the list. If someone wants in on the gb and hasnt put their name on the list yet, but has been following this thread, then its not anyone elses fault for putting their name ahead of yours. People should have signed up as soon as they could. If this was my first day seeing this thread, I would add my name next on the list. There is no way in would know others are ahead of me if they haven't signed up, not my fault. Get it?

And besides, does anyone's # on the list really matter anyways. Its all going to depend on who pays first and PM their info to OP once it starts. This list means nothing.

The order will definitely matter if the GB allows only a certain amount of people. For a lot of us that have been waiting a long time should get first dibs, if that sounds fair.
If there isn't a limit, then of course "first come, first serve" wouldn't need to be applied. Now if that were the case, the GB would have to be a limited time special, right?

 

If thats the case that the GB is limited then I can see how people would be concerned. I still think that if you have been someone was waiting "a long time" and followed this thread then they should have been aware of the list and should have put their name on it right away. Its not the new comers fault for adding to the list, they have no way of knowing that people are ahead. If I just joined today and saw this, I would add my name... if someone has been waiting a month and is mad my name is ahead of theirs, well too bad for them. They should have added it from the beginning. Follow me?

I put my name on early so it doesnt make any difference to me really, and I am not arguing or trying to start a debate here, I am just trying to share my logical approach for those who are concerned of people "cutting in line". Its not their fault thats all im saying.

 

Did they change their process? Last GB, all the OP did was submit the list of names to them, and everyone individually called up Wet Okole and talked with the representative over the phone on what you wanted. The percentage they gave was 20% as well. All the GB that have been with Wet Okole have been 20% off. Hopefully it will stay that way. I ordered a set for my 2010 not this past GB, but the one before it, and it was pretty smooth process. You call up, speak with them about what you want. It is better if you go through the process of building them on the website and having what you want all ready for check out and tell them over the phone. The one thing that got everyone a little worried was the payment process. They will take your payment via credit card, and you may or may not get charged until they are shipped. It depends on the representative you talk to.

They also say they will send you an email when they are shipped, I wouldn't count on that either. You will get a confirmation email when you talk to the person on the phone, and the next notification you get is when the UPS guy shows up to deliver your kick ass set of seat covers.

The last set I did not order the gun pocket and I wish I would have, so I am gonna this time. I saw another members seat covers with them and was jealous. I know it is a chuck of change you are putting down on them, but why not go all out. These seat covers are fantastic. Very easy to keep clean too.

There should be a 2 page pdf document that the OP can grab from another GB for these and attach it to here. It will give you the codes for the logos you can put on the seat covers. Anything other than what the group buy is offering, like if you want to change the seat color patterns, or anything, you have to talk to the representative and pay a fee for it.

A lot of the questions that people seem to keep asking have already been answer more than once through this thread, and are definitely answered in the previous GB thread. Take some time and read through it before you submit a question.
