lol, narcan has an expiration, and must be stored under 100 degrees.. pretty sure my interior gets over 120 in the summer with the windows closed.... if it was a police officer sure... some meathead taking any drug laced with fentanyl can F- themselves.. not that it matters much anymore.. there are narcan resistant fentanyls out there... can't do anything to counter their affects other than put someone on O2, and hope you get them to an ER fast enough to get intibated, and plumbed for artificial respiration.. this is partly the reason I offroad.. I get my excitement from being outdoors, seeing things few get to and enjoying life with some like minded people. campfires, a few beers.. that's all I need.

I like to keep two separate kits. One boo boo kit and one trauma kit. I don't want to be digging through bandaids and benadryl if I need a tourniquet to stop major bleeding.

My boo boo kits have all your regular non life threatening stuff like bandaids, assorted bandages, splints, prep pads, spinter remover, tape, gauze, blister kit, pain/stomach/allergy meds, etc.

My trauma kit has tourniquets, combat gauze, pressure bandages, chest seals, decompression needles, airways, emergency blanket, etc.
