hey boys and girls of Tacoma world I have 2005 Trd with 190k with a new frame, 6-speed manual icon 2.5 non resi it waiting on the backs to come in custom bedlined rack with smittybuilt tent touchscreen headunit, full stainless exhaust with urd long tube header, what do y’all think it’s worth?

$13K if the headgaskets have been done. $9K if they haven't been done.

 

Probably would be better off putting OEM parts back on, selling for book price, and then selling mods separately.

Prices on these trucks vary by a few thousand dollars by region too, it seems. I bought my stock '06 with 168k miles for $12,500. I see 05-07 for sale all the time in Montana for 13-15k

 

Only what someone is willing to pay for it.

 

05 have had a few Headgasket and motor mount issues,the extras you have on the truck are worth nothing too a buyer.I would say $10-11k with the year and miles,it is a 15 year old truck.

worth more than 10 or 11 thats crazy talk theres over 5k in extras it will be worth more to the right buyer

Its a 15 year old truck,nobody is going too give him $5,000 more just because of a few extras that are also in used shape.05 Tacomas have had a lot of very expensive headgasket issues.

 

It takes a ton of money to have someone build a truck like that! your wrench time or mechanic time someone will want it for what its worth in the condition the parts are in... alot of people are too lazy to mod themselves! If not put it to stock and sell the parts Its a manual tranny! not alot of manuals out there..

 

might have some luck on an auction site like bringatrailer.com Just set a reserve and see if someone likes your mods. Modded vehicles sell there every day
