Until I eventually get a lift, I didn't want to fill my wheel well's up or have tire poke, so I threw 285's on for now(they were cheap). I could have fit 285/75 on without rubbing I'm pretty sure, but they'd look dumb without a lift IMO.

This is what 285/75 looks like. IMO tires that diameter need a lift, but I'm old so...

Lifelong runner here. More recovery time and more of the active kind. Massage, heat, fluids, etc. Then back to lifting.

What size are these? Any rubbing at full turn?

They're 285/70/17, no rubbing, they clear easily by a couple of inches. Cab mount has not been unbolted.

Thanks. The close-up said 285/75/17 on the sidewall so I was confused.

The 285/70/17 look plenty beefy to me.

Thanks! I think so too for now. Since I stopped spending money on my Grom, I plan to make this truck my new money pit.

Oh, sorry I'm slow to catch on. The 285/75 close up tire doesn't belong to me, someone in a FB group posted it, and I used that to decide that I wanted to stick to 285/70's

Love the KO2s!!! I run them on my jeep and they are great with the sound and in the snow...and rain for the most part.

I like the fact that they work great in snow, I was going to purchase Wild Peaks but I couldn't get a deal on them like I did with these.

For what it is worth and this goes for everyone....Join a local Jeep page or watch marketplace ads. I have gotten both sets of my KO2s for $500 each from people upgrading their mall crawler jeeps! Discount will mount them and even put warranties on them for a good price.

Wow that stance is almost perfect. Many of us have seen 0 offset and it’s a bit much. A tiny positive offset wheel will make this look amazing. How did the truck drive with 285’s compared to stock size?

Thanks!, the 285's translate into a bit more weight at the steering wheel, but just barely. I know that the '24's use power electric for the steering, but it's the best way to describe what I feel. There has been no noticeable increase in road noise.

That's good advice. I got my tires on discount, but slightly used would have been an even better deal.

Your truck looks great man. My OR is supposed to be here between the 9th and 19th next month, so its getting close. What is the clearance on the upper control arm like? I want to level and put 285/75s on it and was looking at some aftermarket wheels with a little less backspacing to give some more room back there. Maybe less back spacing isn't needed and the stock wheels would be fine.
