I’m all for the over the top modifications, but i’m curious what have you found to be the most useful modification you’ve made to your Tacoma?

For me it’s a tie between my CB radio and my moose lights. With 7 months of winter and 24 hour darkness, real time weather reporting from the CB and the ability to see the locals crossing the road in darkness have saved my butt countless times.

Whatcha got on your rack? The most useful mod I have rn is the Road Active Suspension leaf helper thing, really innovative load control and easy to adjust also keeps the rear closer to stock height than any other of the $imple options.

It's a toss up between a regear and front locker. Both have made the truck a whole lot more capable in the rocks

they're all useful but that does look nice. Glad to hear the lights have a purpose.
a pair of DD SSC5 on the bumper looks nice but expensive. And folks recommend doing their fogs too, also not cheap. But potentially the best.
Don't know if it's worth wire up something else first in the meantime. Some have done that, such as lights from Auxbeam.

Or, I saw Harbor Freight even has big pods now, with yellow cap...

what is that flat thing on the roof racks?

Currently running 4.56 which made the low range with 35's amazing. Now that I'm on 37's I kinda miss that low ratio. Not sure what brand as I got assembled diff and clamshell through ecgs

Front locker, and then sliders/skid plates to avoid the damage of where a front locker will get you

For me it was installing homemade bed stiffeners, and Toyota D-rings under the 4 bed bolts.

I haven't fabricated much for my truck, but I made this tailgate damper a little while ago with some metal I had.

Love the 2low mod, not something I use all the time but I'm glad I have it when needed.
