Welcome to Tacoma world. First and at any time you ask questions, tell us what you have. I4, v6, manual or auto transmission, 2 or 4 wheel drive. Beyond basic maintenance like oil change and air filter, I would take a look at the spark plugs. The v6 came from the factory with ngk on one side, denso on the other. If that’s what’s in there then they’re probably original and need replacement. There’s also a cabin air filter to replace.

You’ve come to the right place. Ask questions if after searching you couldn’t find the answer. Provide pertinent information, you’ll get plenty of help, often perhaps too much help.

If you haven't already, change your plugs, fluids, check the filters.(air filter and cabin filter). Take a look at the belts and hoses.

TW is a great place for information of all kinds.
