What’s up TW!

Courtesy first post. I’ve moved closer to work so I decided to ditch the commuter and get a truck. It was a tough year to purchase one but I searched and found a Tacoma. Well, not quite… I actually was looking at new Tundras.

I found an army green tundra at a dealership about 50 miles from me. After calling the dealership, I asked them to take more pictures of the Tundra and I peeped a white Tacoma in the corner of the pics. I was turned off with the Tundra. It seemed “too connected” with Toyota. The Tacoma wasn’t spoken for yet, I did a test drive and Vrooom! Off the dealership lot with my new SW SR5 Tacoma.

I’m happy I chose this Tacoma. I’ve used it for far too many house/garden runs. I’m definitely looking to more adventures.

RIP Toyota iM, you’ve been a great commuter pal but you had to go!

I think you picked the right truck.

I’m looking forward to the future. Still looking at my first commuter in the driveway, 2003 Toyota Matrix and it’s going to be my sons first car!
