I have a 2005 4x4 4.0L. So far I have replaced the sway bar end-links, both CV axles. Upper and lower control arms, front wheel bearings, shocks, swaybar bushings, Even new spring clips on the brake pads. Before I started replacing all these items I had a clicking sound coming from the front end. Anytime I hit any type of bump the front end “clicks”. After I replaced each of these items, I test drove the truck and the sound is exactly the same. Does anyone have any ideas of what else it could possibly be?

Mine does this too if I go too fast over speed bumps (>6-8 MPH I'd say)
I have a 2014 AT 4x4 4.0L, stock suspension, tires, etc up front still.

My RA60F manual 4X4 does this when the clutch is depressed or if it's in neutral over bumps. The whole driveline sounds like it rattles. Nothing is loose and a good friend I have at a Toyota dealer says it's normal.
