    Seems to be a good lift if you won't be offroading much.

    I'd recommend this lift for what you're asking to do with your truck.

    If you want to take it offroading, drop brackets are not your friends.

    i would save up for the 6". december usually has some pretty good deals on 4WPs.com. my friend is getting the billies and AALs with tires and wheels for just under 400 bucks less than what i bought my 6" with wheels and tires for back in december.

    Why do you say drop brackets arent my friend when it comes to off roading...like lets say i do go off roading am i going to most likely end up messing stuff up??

    For the amount of effort required (replacing spindle, welding in crossmembers), I would get a long-travel kit instead.

    If you must have a 6" kit, this one will work. I would get Icon coilovers instead of the no-name ones from the stage 2 kit.

    This is what my brain did when you said that...:boom: haha....im not understanding this too well...i understand the 3 inch lifts and what you have to do but i dont understand the crossmembers and stuff like that

    Op just noticed you have a prerunner , how about a spindle lift = 4" and some adjustable coils or eibachs ( camburg or maxtrac )

    drop brackets require you to cut the crossmember...he's saying that after all of the work and effort you put into installing and paying for the lift...you might as well do a long travel.
