nice i'm positive the arb weighs in between 150 and 160 pounds the goemetry and the thickness is completely different over the entire surface of the bumper it's the only one made that way to my knowledge most other bumpers are 3/8th or 1/4 inch all over so the steel is the same thickness all over.

the options are the standard bull bar with turn signals or the deluxe which i have mine has additional running/marker lights and turn signals along with a set of glass lens fog lights which i have to say are actually pretty nice.

other than that all their info is on the web page kilted chicken referred you to call and talk to a guy there i would try that if i'm not mistaken i spoke with him awhile back regarding my set-up and he knew his stuff.

I weigh 135 lbs soaking wet and I'm not splicing wires myself. Have you unboxed and installed an ARB yourself? That thing is freaking huge!

the most daunting part about installing the arb to me was all the unlabeled hardware it was unbelievable how much there was it filled a half sheet tray llulz boyd and myself where like wtf!

lol Ive tried to gain weight but I can't. I'm sorry but I hate it when people automatically think everybody has the time and skills to install parts on a car. I've done plenty of mods on cars but I'm not about to attempt something like splicing wires and compressing springs. If you don't own an ARB bumper and havent installed one-you have no reason to talk crap about paying someone to help you do the install. This was done at a dealership for less than half the labour rate and we used their lifts.

    uh take it easy bro.

i don't understand how splicing wires is a big deal dielectric grease electrical tape wire crimpers a volt meter and some electrical tape and around 20 minutes of your time?

i had the lights signals and marker lights hooked up to my arb in under an hour.

edit however their instructions are complete shit i'll give you that.

Wasn't meant to bust on you. I understand the limitations. I have no issue installing a bumper or a lift, I'll have the springs put on the shocks by a shop though. Eff trying to compress those on my own. I don't mind the electrical part of it but I do have a background in electronics.

It's cool man, it was not directed towards you or stunt man Hans. I know my limitations. I think a lot of people mess up trying to save a buck and end up screwing something up and getting hurt.

You're smarter than I was. I did mine by myself. And it was a 10,000lbs SuperWinch.

Damn near took my fucking thumb off when the winch slipped and pinned it between the inside of the bumper and the entire weight of the winch.

    I wore gloves after that.

At least I got the goddamn thing on.

I was going to install my winch that way but I ended up taking the bumper off and I'm glad I did

I was lazy and it was hot out.

    That being said.

ARB. I've seen some other bumpers in person, and the ARB is the strongest out there. Not to say the others aren't good quality. But the ARB is solid.

lol i bench pressed my m8000 up through the stone shield hole while my wife threaded the bolt in worked out pretty easy actually. the hardest part was making a bracket that didn't look like a pair of nuts to relocate the solenoid to the engine bay and sealing up the control box.

holy shit dude how where you lifting it in by yourself my warn was pretty heavy i know i could not have done it completely alone imo someone needs to screw the bolts in the front of the bumper to meet the winch while one person just hold the motor steady. otherwise your asking for it lol. glad you still have all your digits but, i bet that mother fucker hurt a 10k winch is pretty big my m8000 barely fit up in the hole
