Just wondering what aftermarket HU peeps are using with for those who have installed the OEM Audio+ in their 3rd gen. Talked to a bunch of guys and they say gotta go Alpine or gotta do Pioneer. Not really a brand junkie but do want quality and don't mind spending some scrips on something good.

I went with it so I can keep the OEM HU - plug and play. If one were to go with an aftermarket HU, might as well build up the entire system from scratch.

Spending the money on the OEM+ and then buying an new head unit sort-of defeats the purpose of buying the OEM+.

As a guy that has an OEM + I would highly recommend trying your stock unit. You will loose a lot of integration and you might just be surprised. I'm betting you could not tell the difference UNLESS you are looking for some other functionality.

    I do have Entune.
