Not sure if the OP is ready for that.

I think the principle of Occams Razor applies here, maybe just do the Driver mod instead? That usually fixes most vehicle performance issues.

    I'm thinking:

    -Rear Diff Mod
    -Hood Mod
    -Engine Torque/Power/Acceleration Mod

You need to be more specific.
Warranty can be broken down into groups, therefore, a suspension mod will not void anything on the engine or electrical.
Adding lightbars will not void anything engine or suspension related. Also on that note, any electrical mods you do, you should do so in a manner they are easily reversible (add a fuse tap) so if there is any trouble you can remove such items.
    Happy modding:thumbsup:

OP, talk to your dealer. Usually, they'll warranty stuff if they do the work and it's documented. It might work out better for you to select a dealer you build a relationship with and trust. You'll pay more for their hourly rate vs some private shop, but might be worthwhile if they can give you something they can guarantee they'll take care of if the factory warranty may not.

Some dealers will figure a way to work something through warranty even though another may deny it. It's just dealer discretion. I've been on the service end and was surprised what a good loyal customer will get through warranty coverage vs a problematic customer for the same item that was clearly voiding warranty due to a modification.

I don't pick up dealers when I go out to random bars. But maybe occasionally I'll see a cute one in line somewhere, and I have to be careful not to blow it. It's all in the things you say, and more importantly what you say with your body, specific to the dealer. You might catch a dealer having a bad day, or a good one. I just get in there and smile a little, show off my traps and the vascularity in my hands and forearms. Dealers love masculine. After you set the groundwork, make yourself slightly scarce, make them desire you. You want them to be all like "he DESERVES that early oil change because he's fucking adorbs" essentially you shouldn't have to convince them anything. Fucking dealers man. They can cost an arm and a leg but if you play em right you can ease it right in the back.

At any given moment the lines blur and they become one and the same. It is what it is Bro.

It depends what the mod is and what the problem is down the road.

-If my frame starts rusting I expect I am screwed because of my bolt on rock sliders that required me to drill through my frame. (fluid film here I come).
-If I develop an electrical problem I am OK because I have done all my electrical mods so they can easily be disconnected from the system. Use fuse taps or go direct to the battery. don't tape into wiring harnesses.
-I have been putting off a lift until the diff issues are worked out. I might not be able to wait because I am adding the SSO bumper and would like to add a winch.
