I know rear dif locks have been offered on the TRD's. What year did traction control become available? Has Toyota stopped offering the rear dif locks on newer models? Also can you add air lockers if you have traction control? I realize this would be for off road only with traction control turned off.

ARB air lockers, or Powertrax lunchbox locker. The you have some choices for LSD and such also but might as well lock it :D

Another great way to add traction is get decent tires. You would be suprised how a great set of tires can really really help out!

rear diff locks are still available on TRD OR. TRAC has been an option before 09, but standard from 09+. and yes you can get a locker for the rear in the 8.4" open rear diffs w/ TRAC

I thought all newer TRD models came with rear dif locks. Surprised to learn otherwise! So if traction control is standard from 09 on, is the rear dif lock still available for these years?
