I agree with the fit & finish comment here for sure...the weathertechs look better. But we are speaking about floor mats here...

If I could get a damn good better performing shock absorber that looked drab over an awesome custom painted yet performance inferior one...would this be a no brainer? You can't see the shock unless you crawl around the wheel well or get under the truck.

I suppose mats are easier to see though. Which is why I will get the weathertechs if they make the uncut version. But that dirt getting under the mat (which does dirty your carpet) does make a difference. I mean, that's all a mat does in life...protect my carpet...if it can't do that then what's the point?

Anyone know where the cheapest place to buy Weathertech's would be? The cheapest I've found is $110 shipped from JCWhitney. I want the fronts only.

Bought the Husky's tonight from Amazon ($60; cheapest I could find). Will give my impressions when they arrive. They better be good since it took me two months to decide, lol!

I think you will like the Husky's. I have used them in my last three truck and they are great. I looked at the weathertechs but I did not like the fact that the dead pedal area was not covered very well.

The extra piece beside the gas pedal area was cut from a old pair of Husky's I had laying around, it keeps the muddy boots off of the carpet.

When you put these in your truck you may want to put a couple of pieces of velcro on the mat to make they lay down nice and snug, after a few weeks you can get rid of the velcro and the mats will keep their shape.

    Here are my Husky's:

Rachunter, thanks. I saw your pics in another thread (I think you started it?) and that's basically what finally convinced me to buy them. I plan on letting them sit in the sun and then using the velcro as you suggested.

That was probably close to 5 years ago that I got them - at a local truck accessory shop who I have a personal connection with.

Ive had a set of these now for a few weeks. I love em! $130 shipped for the fronts and rear. Just like the weather techs Ive seen.

Is it possible that those Kramer ones were made by weathertech? They look almost the exact same.. even their website looks the exact same!

Actually those are definitely not WeatherTech. Otherwise they would have branded their name on it.

WeatherTech mats are made in America but that Kramer stuff is made in Thailand.

Not even close. Here are WeatherTech front and rear for a '11 Access Cab.
