    ...too much shit to list.

I don’t care if the question has never been asked or asked 1000 times. If you have nothing constructive to address ANY member’s questions, move on to the next thread. I'm so sick and tired of this shit.

What makes it even more frustrating is folks finding hits on google that bring them to threads on TW and the first page has nothing but negativity and responses like "use the search." Guess what, I just used the search and I found tons of fucking worthless posts just like all of yours.

Yes, I plan on off roading. I don't go every weekend or anything, but when I get a chance I definitely do. This is my first time ever owning a truck, so I guess I was looking for recommendations, pictures examples, etc.

As mentioned above, you can go with a 265/75R16 or a 265/70R17, but if you stuff a wheel off road it's going to rub, especially if you go with an aggressive tire with side lugs like a Duratrac. If you want to go more aggressive than stock but still offroad without contact, I'd say stick with the stock size and get something luggy. You won't gain any height, but the difference in traction really will make a big difference in how your truck behaves off-pavement.

After the consideration I think I will look into lifts and tires from there. I don't want anything that gives too much height.. Do you guys have any recommendations?

Bilstien 5100's adjustable height. Can use stock springs and uca's. This can accomplish 1 to inches of lift. The rear you would also need a aal ( add a leaf) or a block. Shocks don't provide lift.

If you do 265/75/16 tires just be prepared to remove your mud flaps and you MAY need to trim a little plastic if you rub, don't be afraid to ask new member questions! We've all been there. Welcome to the wonderful money pit that is Tacoma world!

@pat_medown welcome to TW! The 5100s ride really nice, for a budget lift. You'll like them.
