What are the updates to the new 4.0L motor?

Does anyone know what the new updates are for the 2011 4.0L motor in the other Toyotas, like the 4Runner?

I am just curious what they did for the extra 30 HP. They also changed the oil requirements to 0w-20. Was there an internal change to allow that oil weight, or did they just re-spec it?
