    Lol. You made your truck slower, worse on gas mileage, sound crappy, and at the end of the day it still has this bolted to the back of the engine->

    Also, since heat=bad did you delete your coolant line loop that goes through the throttle body? :rolleyes:

    They're air bypass hoses when you need to divert power from life support to main thrusters.

    The pumping nature of the pistons create pulses in speed of airflow across the maf sensor. Those chambers act like baffles that smooth out the flow of air through maf so it can read air mass/density better

    The evap purge line also has a little baffle chamber for the same reason. During a purge, they don't want those pulses traveling up the purge line and confusing the fuel tank pressure sensor

    Better disconnect the throttle body heater hoses too if you want maximum performance
