What are these spots on my windshield?

    Nope,

    I was able to get the wax off, which helped the streakiness. But the blobs remain. Used duragloss and a buffer, used duragloss and my hands. I tried vinegar, I tried soaking a wet rag in vinegar and letting it sit on the windshield. I tried about everything I can think of to resolve it, but nothing helps.

    My Uncle restores cars for a living, next time I'm back home he's going to take a look and see if he can't use his professional buffer to clear it up.
