    This piece looks like the cover that goes over the seat track ends. You pull these before getting access to the bolts that hold your seat down.

    Yep, it was mentioned above. Behind your seats you should have plastic bins for storage, and the divider goes into slots on there.

    If you fold your seat backs down, look at the rear corners. That's where the bolts are that hold the seats in and that is the cover for one of them.
