I have a set of 16 inch factory alloy wheels (Tacoma TRD Off Road) with tires (BFG All-Terrain) that are like new. I had them sort of as an extra set but now I have someone wanting to buy them. I really do not have a good idea as to what I should ask for them. Any ideas would be appreciated.

How much life do the tires have left? If both the wheels and tires are in good shape I'd start at $600.

    Depends on who you ask.

Those probably wouldn't sell on here for $350.

Craigslist will pay more, but I don't see more than $600 of value there. If you can get that (or more) you've done pretty damn good.

Depends on the market. I had mine up on CL and on here for locals for $100 and no takers. I eventually took down the price and said free. Had them up for well over a year and nothing. I ended up tossing them cause I needed the room for storage since I'm about to move.

    OME and worth every penny.
biggest hurdle is finding someone close by that wants them.
shipping is a deal breaker even if you give them away.
Closer you are to a bigger metro, the better.

If they have the factory Rugged Fails tires then they won't add much to the value of the wheels.

    Too few to list.
Just for comparison, I sold my 2015 OR wheels and tires with about 500 miles on them including spare for $500 on craigslist. I find that people don't necessarily wants to spend a lot on stock wheels and tires when they can get aftermarket for just a little bit more.

I occasionally see 16" factory alloy wheels in good condition as low as $50 each on Craigslist. And if the tires are Rugged Fails you should pay him to take them off your hands. :)

    I mis read..........already have a buyer.
If they are KO2s, ask 600, if Rugged Trails....ask 100.

Tried to sell my factory wheels. Nobody local wanted them (very small market in Montana though).

Got $300 for the brand new tires Toyota put on my truck (Dunflops).
