I didn’t get much relaxing done this weekend. Some drinks with the wife Friday night while loading up the truck for camping. Then worked putting up chain link fence to keep trespassers out of our lakes. Wife brought the kids out on the evening, camped, fished, biked then came home and unloaded gear covered my boat, ready to go to bed early.

Nice brown BTW in your avatar. Eastern limestone streams = perfect brown habitat!

Last years catch... had 30 minutes after work to hit a spot I always wanted to try and bam! Used bread to catch the brownie ... biggest in my book and I released it... wanted a better pic but it took a bit to bring it in so I figured i won’t play with it to long .... this year... don’t even have my license! How things change. One of my favorite pass times to be out there and enjoy nature

That's a nice one, never heard of them on bread. We have some nice ones here in the Sierras as well!

You’re probably right.... my son thought using bread was a mistake. So I did buy him a pack of red worms... seemed when they didn’t bite on bread they wanted worm and vice versa ... the bread technique came from the “old” guys I was fishing next to one day. I wasent fishing but was watching and talking....

Only my earbuds for company. Oh, and some Texas sun for further insult.

But hey, only once every 5 years.

We're also into the 4th weekend of the 'it's only a powder bath how difficult can it be' retexturing and painting project.

LOL sun burn hides the whip marks!! Funny how they think things shouldn’t take so long to finish. I’m at the point I say, get an estimate.... lol

So the emblem/4Runner/limited were some eBay overlays I got for $75 and they are super well made.

The door handles are just covers I got off Amazon.
