I’m selling my front runner cross bar bed rack in Tampa Bay- installed but never used , I just use my t-bone but if you want elevated cross bars and full use of the bed these are a good option. The best part is that they are silent even at high speeds which means good aerodynamics. The taller cross bars are pretty noisy. I had the tall Thule racks on my old Tacoma.

Bed bars alone are probably ok for kayaks under 10’. Beyond that and you probably want more support on the back of the kayak since you cant center the kayak on the bed bars.

Does the t-bone adjust to the height of the bed bars? Or just to the bed height?

The t bone goes to bed height plus or minus a little bit , the Yakima longarm hitch extender can go bar height low or high bars

I use the t-bone. Best things is it’s light but strong and curves up to stop dragging issues off road and exiting parking lots.

Pretty good ground clearance with the Yakima Long arm also and is only 12lbs , no rattles and holds 300lbs in this position. Notice the bottom hole in the round end piece is slightly different than the other three, its a bottle opener

Off topic: Where about did you find the tricolor grill badge for your Offroad grill? I've been looking for something like that but haven't had much luck

I will have a photo for you Friday as I don't have my truck yet but I'll be using my Yakima 50" jetstream bars from my wrx that I got new clips for, then the Yakima HD saddles. I have my 2019 outback in the driverside and a Reese carry power rod tube on the right.

Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Rola rack. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
I’m using the Rola Haul Your Might ladder rack. Currently I have J hooks mounted for the yak but will be changing out to the Thule dock glide saddles. I modified the mounting brackets to work with the factory tonneau cover brackets. Let’s me switch out between each in less than 10 min.03FD4F6B-A479-49B1-8A04-59ED5D9B2C99.jpg 7EFD78B1-99D6-48B9-8AD2-FF131CDBDAD3.jpg .

Using the Rhino Rack Vortex bars and Thule Hull-a-port rack for my 17ft kayak. So stable. Have my bike rack mounted on the other side of the rack.

I have a 2020 TRD and my wife just bought me the Rola. I have the same issue with the tonneau cover brackets. I'm pretty sure I can handle drill pressing some holes in the Rola mounting bracket for the drivers side and passenger side rear but not so sure I have the skills/tools to modify it for the front passenger side where the tonneau bolts on. Any insight you could share with how you did it? Reckon I'd need to take it a machine shop and see if someone can help me make that cut?

    Thanks!!
