    We have a party every year....so far the menu is:
    fajitas
    hot wings
    jalapeno poppers
    7 layer dip
    6 types of sausage (2 kinds of brats, alligator, brobaine(sp), elk, antelope)
    pizza and/or fried chicken for the kids
    some kind of liquor popsicles (recipe's in a magazine)
    And all kinds of liquor! (Different types of beer, wine coolers, margaritas, Malibu Bay Breezes, Washingtn apples)

    We spent a little over $400 on fireworks and 1 of the guests hasn't made it to the stands yet. Last year I think we spent around $500 and the fireworks show lasted almost 3hrs! I LOVE THE 4TH!
