I would be all over it if it wasn't all the way on the other side... In Rhode Island now, Cali would be too much... Although it does sound like a nice road trip for my M

Thanks. I had it professionally painted in '97 but I've done 90% of the mechanical work myself.

Nice truck! Great wax job too...

I think this thread is compelling evidence that we are all certified car nuts!

Very nice KR clone, but why do you have a v6 emblem on the fender.

This is my weekend toy, but it's under construction right now.

    Holy hell.

Were you trying to sell it a while back? I vaguely remember a white R34 GT-R for sale on NASIOC somewhere on the west coast late last year. Beautiful car BTW.

I've seen plenty of R32s and R33s running around up here in Canada (since they are legal) but never an R34. An R35 is in my future though

Personal preference really. I didn't really care for the GT emblems much. When I was doing the front end conversion I couldnt afford to have the fender holes filled to remove the emblems altogether which is what I would have preferred to do (for a cleaner look). Instead of returning the GT emblems back, I initially was looking for ones similar to ones from the 60's that said 'powered by Ford', but was unable to locate them anywhere reasonably priced. Since I didn't really want the GT ones again, I put the horse logo ones on instead.

In the almost five years since I bought it, it has come a long way...

DEFINITELY.....nice looking car. Not something I would want in my garage but something I would love seeing and appreciating on the road or at a show.

I have my 2005 NSX below but it has never seen a rain drop. I rarely drive it so it has low miles and needs a new home. Still has the plastic on the door sills.
