    There is nothing offensive about this video on YouTube. It is not restricted because of the music itself, which is largely instrumental. Nor is it restricted due to the nature of the video, which is a single still frame of boys learning how to swim.
    There is no nudity or violence in the music or video image.

    It is controversial due to the name of the music piece; 4-17-1975

    This piece is named for the Khmer Rouge takeover of Phnom Penh, capitol of Cambodia. The date marks the beginning of a communist reign of terror that started with the gathering, incarceration, and subsequent murder of hundreds of thousands of potential intellectual opponents to the new communist regime.

    This led to The Cambodian Genocide that left the country bereft of almost a quarter of it's total population in the years 1975-1978. It is estimated that two million Cambodian citizens were killed, a number that is still being investigated (and rising) as more and more information and evidence is uncovered.

    If you look into current Cambodian national politics you might be surprised to find that communism still comprises a large part of their national government. For example: Hun Sen (the prime minister of Cambodia since 1985) is one of the longest serving national leaders in the world and a staunch hardline communist, having fought for the Khmer Rouge during their genocide and alongside the communist Vietnamese during the Cambodian-Vietnamese War in 1978-1979.

    Cambodia is number seven in nations that are most heavily effected by landmines. It remains the most heavily mined nation in southeast Asia. It ranks 157th (out of 180) in terms of national corruption, being beat out for last place by the likes of Libya, Venezuela, and Haiti.
