    I haven’t listened to any of this yet.
    But, just reading this post and seeing the different songs i automatically like the album better already.

    It’ll be fun to hear the Reznor track. I know he & Homme are buddies.
    I saw them back in 2005 opening for NIN.
    That was a great show. Queens was touring for “Lullabies,” NIN for “With Teeth,” and the opener was this band called Death From Above 1979.

    That’s incredible, that must have been an experience beyond words!

    *I added one more song that I forgot to include that was on the treasure hunting Era sessions to my original post, a Brian Eno cover. All the covers are legit studio recordings not some live half assed bit. They sound spectacular!

    I’ve been pretty lucky with seeing NIN live.
    I’ve seen them in 1994(Self Destruction Tour), 2000(Fragility Tour), 2005(With Teeth), 2014(Hesitation Marks, w/Soundgarden), and just last year, 2022 on a festival with Porno For Pyros & Smashing Pumpkins playing directly before them.
    Queens on the other hand, I’ve seen twice.
    I saw them in either 1999 or 2000 at the Ozzfest(they were touring the Rated R album). And then in 2005 with NIN.

    I took a buddy to a festival back in 2018(?).
    And the day that we went, we were all set to see(in this order) : Baroness, Clutch, Billy Idol, QotSA, Foo Fighters.
    But! My buddy got severely dehydrated and lost his lunch. He couldn’t hold anything down and we had to leave the festival! I was this guy’s ride to the show after all. So, we are leaving as Baroness starts playing.
    I was so pissed. But, I would have felt terrible sending him home in an Uber or anything else.

    I’m dying to see Queens again.

    Historic 3 hour set from Armin van Buuren live last night at the AMAZING Brooklyn Mirage venue!! 2hrs down the rabbit hole almost 45 min of new music. And the rest were all new remixes of his hits. I counted 9 IDs.He was testing them for his Sunday night show at EDC Vegas. Damn I love the small shows treatment compared to the huge Festivals!
    It was an awesome night but shit, wife and I are hurting right now. Got back to the hotel at 5am lol.
