    I'm not gonna lie, that music is... awful.
    It is 100-percent, mathematically-tested, scientifically-proven, statistically verifiable, lights-out horrible. Empirically speaking, it is bad.

    Some of the music posted on this thread I'm not diggin'.

    But...music means something different to everyone.

    The effects it has on that moment in time it is played is profound.

    I'm an 80s music nut...graduated HS in 1985...I believe the decade of the 80s is the best music ever.

    Living in Europe at the time I became familiar with this sort of music is nostalgic. (you know, the song you're not diggin')

    Thanks for reviving this thought in my head! lol

    absolutely. I know for a fact that nobody is going to like Death Grips, nor will they know why I am going laugh my ass straight off whenever I hear "Giving Bad People Good Ideas"

    But I can't help but recoil in horror every time I remind myself... I once took "Sandstorm" by Darude to be a serious piece of musical artistry.
