    New here....
Just bought my truck this past Monday.
    $37500
2020 TRD Sport 4x4 crew cab short bed. Not maxed out on options but well equipped. From the dealer, I got a fair price for my trade, 5 years / 60,000 miles free maintenance, a lifetime power train warranty (At the purchasing dealer only, not transferable), and 0% financing for 60 mos.
Guess I can live with that.

Was that $37500 OTD or before TTL?

I don’t know if you saw my post a couple before yours but I am dealing with a dealer on a truck just like yours but he doesn’t want to come of MSRP because of “dealer add ons”

Too many white Tacos around, and I originally looked at a white one as it was a little less expensive (different options), I also looked at a number of options and got it down to a Cement or Sandstorm model. Although I liked the Sandstorm more initially, after pondering on it for a while, I didn't feel that the color would wear as well over time and went with the cement. No regrets, but I don't know if I would have been any less happy with the truck overall in Sandstorm or white either.

There's no way you should pay MSRP on anything but a Pro. Most people here are able to get close to 10% off (and some have been able to get more) of MSRP, BEFORE rebates. If they won't move off MSRP and trying to use some excuse about add-ons, then I'd move on to a different dealer because it sounds like they are just straight up trying to work you. Hopefully there is another one not too far away or otherwise you can deal with a few dealers over email/phone and when ready to buy, have a fun road trip!

A couple days ago I picked up my 2020 TRD Sport for 36,227 OTD with the 0% financing. Sticker was just shy of 39,000 and got them down to 33,500. I was surprised I got that much off because I was dead set on a manual and inventory was pretty low in my area.

Ford did the same thing to my brother on an F-150 with their 0% for 84 months. They weren't really budging off the MSRP if you wanted to go that financing route. I'd line up your financing to see where your interest rate would be at. Then run the numbers to see if the 0% is truly worth it. If you qualify for the 0%, you probably have pretty good credit and you can find a rate at 2.29% or lower. (Navy Federal has 2.29% for 72 months and I think USAA is still at 2.69% for 72) If the interest savings isn't a big deal, then I'd most definitely find another dealer. Actually, find multiple dealers and start working them all against each other for the type of truck you want. For me, I started out with 10 dealers, then slowly whittled down to 5, then 3, then 2, until I got a deal that I felt good about. The money I ended up saving off the MSRP on the truck would of beat paying close to/at MSRP at 0% interest.....if that makes sense!

    UPDATE:
I bought the 2019 TRD Pro (brand new 214 miles on it). Still think the air intake looks goofy in white. We met in the middle so here is what I ended up with:

    MSRP: $47,917
    Selling Price: $42,368
    Total Discounts/Rebates: $5,546
    Gov. Fee: $3
    Proc/Doc Fee: $129
    Total before TTL: 42,500

This does not include trade, tax, title, license fees, etc. I am not going to complain.

It was 37,500 before TTL, doc fees etc. the internet price was 39,681. That’s not a fantastic deal but they gave me the top of KBB trade value and the extras I mentioned in my post.

Nice score probably one of the best pro deals I’ve seen. You could sell /trade it tomorrow for what you paid.

Thanks, I ended up going with Findlay Toyota in Prescott. I drove up there, traded my truck in, and drove back, so yesterday was a long day, but definitely worth it. I went with a SW TRD OR DCSB 4x4 with the adv. tech, premium package, LED headlights, and some other options.

I just spoke with my buddy. He told me the current incentives will extend into May. He still doesn't have the ability to place any orders but believes things should open up next week and more inventory will become available.

What I figured, already extremely aggressive incentives for Toyota right now, even with current situation. Thanks for insight!
