2020 Tacoma Sport Cement w/ Tech Pkg - 39k

I couldn’t find a Cement Taco anywhere in SoCal at the time. Supply and Demand

 

What do you guys think about this deal? This is a bone stock tacoma OR 2020 4x4 short bed double cab automatic. The colorado package (lol) is basically tint and clear bra. And yes, taxes are kinda crazy out here in California.

Assuming that those fees are required for California, depending upon how much value you give to The tint and clear bra, you are in the 5 to 6% discount range which includes the thousand dollar rebate. Definitely not a good deal but it kind of is what it is in Cali right now. if you care at all about getting a good deal then take a Day off, take a flight out of state and drive it back. Probably save a couple thousand dollars. If you don’t care then forget about it and just enjoy your truck Which is honestly fine as well.

 

I was able to talk to the manager and they won't wave the tint and bra price, but they were able to reduce the price of it to 400$. At the moment, it looks like it's 6.5 percent off msrp.

Selling price - 35698
(38214-35698)/38214*100=6.5%

Edit: this is actually out of state lol all my local dealers have a 5k markup price on Tacoma's right now lol

That’s reasonable. when I bought mine I was planning on tinting the windows anyway which would’ve cost $180. I paid more than that at the dealership but at least it was something that had value to me.

 

True. The numbers you gave tell the majority of the story and almost all as long as none of the other things like trade allowance or dealer extras were crazy.

Are you guys getting your trucks when the dealer says?
I have a VIN number, but the truck hasn't arrived in over a month... They say they can't get any firm updates from Toyota regarding the delay. My dad is waiting for one too, same story.
At first they thought the truck would arrive within a week, but nope.
Dealers around here are clean out of TRD Sports, and it seems to be a waiting game.

7% off is nearing the good deal range for the current times. As long as that MSRP doesn’t include dealer add-ons or anything i’d say it’s fair.
