    I got about 10% off a AT 19 Pro back in September. Truck has door sill protection, bed mat, full paint protection package and black tube steps. All of the trucks sold in my region come with steps unfortunately. The best deal in the world down to the penny? I’d assume not , but I surely wasn’t ripped off by any measure. Sales people have to eat too. They shouldn’t have to work for free.

    Just bought a 2020 sr5 yesterday sticker was 36,742 paid 32,895 before taxes. Used true car and had a dealer with the truck I wanted match the price. Maybe could have gotten them lower but felt good with that price. Plus they gave me a fair amount on my trade in.

    Looks like a reasonable deal to me. If you are happy, that’s really all that matters.

    10% off MSRP is a good deal on a Tacoma and you’re real close to that.

    Thanks to this website I was able to research everything I needed before I purchased my first Tacoma! Returning the favor here is what I paid. 2020 Tacoma TRD offroad 4x4 with tech package. $34,464 before tax/tags/fees. state PA, MSRP $39,452.

    I bought the same truck down to the color and tires last night (minus front mudflaps) for 28,491 (before TTT) in Florida (also paid 300 for all weather mats). Also 1.9% financing. They weren't so kind with my trade ('07 Tacoma SR5 with 145k)...I had to fight to get them up to 8k...but all in all pretty happy.

    Yes 2WD...just the basic Sr5...but Cement exterior and interior. I think I did OK....again..I think they hosed me for about 500 on the trade in (granted they started at 6400 which was ridiculous)...and all of the sudden there was 300 for floor mats/tint...typical dealer stuff...but I think I did ok

    Drives me crazy. I did a no nonsense deal with my dealer, luckily. I gave him my number on the trade in and new vehicle to include all TTL and fees and the final paperwork came back like $2k higher (naturally). There was a miscommunication between the title clerk and the salesman though and they fixed it rather quickly. Like you said, you still did alright.

    I came into the dealership with the promise of a 2020 SR5 @ 28450...as far as I know, that is relatively close to invoice...so the challenge was fending off all the other ways they could screw me over..
