Cost for one gallon of 87 octane in my area ranges from $2.59 to $2.75 within five miles of my house, depending on the brand of the gas station and its specific location...

There is a Lukoil in Montgomeryville/North Wales that charges no less $3.45 (sometimes as high $3.89) for a gallon of regular. What irks me is that there's a another gas station of a well-known brand like two miles away that's charging about $2.89, and I avoid the Lukoil like the plague whenever I'm the area.

In Doylestown, where North Main Street intersects with West Swamp Road, there are two gas stations directly across the street from each other on Swamp. There is a Shell station directly across the street from Thompson BMW, and a BP directly across the street from the Shell. The Shell never had the cheapest prices in town, but it was always better than most. The BP station has a bigger convenience store than the Shell and an integrated Dunkin Donuts to boot; For the longest time, the BP would charge up to a dollar more per gallon than the Shell! Even though the Shell is right across the street, people were still stupid enough to refuel at the BP! The BP has since lowered its prices, and is occasionally cheaper than the Shell.

$2.95 regular gasoline at cash at a Chevron:bananadance:
I'm sure there's cheaper somewhere else around here but that's pretty damn cheap for here.

Lowest I've seen in my area outside of the wholesale clubs is like $2.29-$2.33 per gallon...

I pay half retail price for fuel, but the lowest price range in Columbus OH for regular grade is in the $1.40s.

at that point it'd almost be cheaper to drive down to Reno, do a costco run, and fill the truck and some gas cans up, even if it costs you 1/4 tank haha
