Interesting fact: Sunoco and Citgo (7-Eleven) are two of the few gas companies that do not use middle eastern oil. :oldglory:

Might wanna lower the flag on this one. Not only is the oil not 'muricin, neither is the company.

Citgo Petroleum Corporation (or Citgo) is an American refiner, transporter and marketer of transportation fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and other industrial products. The company is owned by PDV America, Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., the national oil company of Venezuela.

I'm glad to see the price come closer to it's real value...however, fortunately, I'm buying it but not paying for it. :bananadance:

    In pancake syrup?

Oh wait, all the "Canadian" oil probably gets turned into gas that is sold at the BP (British Petroleum) stations.

Really? Where does Citgo gets their gas from? Thought it was from Hugo Cahvez at one point in time.

You can't know. For sure. One of the joys of a 'global economy'. Read the following, all the way through. While the initiating topic isn't exactly what we are discussing here, it winds up doing just that.

    http://www.snopes.com/politics/gasoline/saudigas.asp

My suggestion is don't worry about it, because you'll never know if you are really right or not.

Just buy the cheapest gas you can find that meets your octane requirements and rock on.
