Yeah, that doesn't work in my area :( Dealers no longer give two fucks about competing for business because they know that someone else will come in and pay

Well, I'd say let those people pay those prices, and I'll drive somewhere else to find my truck haha West Coast seems rough though.

She’s a beauty! Are those Ridge Grapplers? I’m currently shopping for new shoes and I’m torn between those and the Cooper Discoverer STT Pro’s.

Hows the road noise with them? I’m on the highway often so unfortunately noise is something I have to factor in.

Put a TRD Sport on order last week -- $39,797 sticker as shown.

Don't think there's much room to negotiate beyond whatever incentives exist at time of delivery.

    Thanks! I definitely agree.
Yeah they are. I’ll be honest I can only compare them to some Wrangler RTs, only tires I’ve ever had on my Ranger. They are a little noisier than the Wranglers but I don’t think they’re bad at all. They ride really smooth compared to what I assumed an AT tire would. The discoverers are rated extremely well for on and off-road though. Maybe someone can offer some insight on them, I know there’s threads about em.

Yeah, I have only used it to plow my driveway this year. We've had quite a few storms in the NE and I'm waiting till the spring to pull the mount and then do the trade ;) ...or just hold off until 2022's but that's Sept-Oct and the whole cycle begins again.
I want to get a new truck as close to and before the redesign so the mount fits on the frame. That way I get a reset and a few more years.

I’m not sure. They came with them from the factory or dealership. I will check when I leave work

    Mostly cosmetic upgrades
Some unnecessary badging, black exhaust tip, black bumper overlay, tailgate inserts
The AT tires and running boards, which were the only two things I wanted from this package and the only things I paid for haha

Went through the hassle of carmax, carvana and vroom to get a legit trade in number. Talked to multiple dealers. Finally found the truck I want and the dealer is telling me since Toyota factories are shutting down that a discount does not exist on the Tacoma.

Anyone else ran into this? I’m in Virginia

    That is total BS

If that is true the salesman will need a new job and the dealer won't have any trucks or cars to sell. LOL

What do you mean shutting down? Like the one nearest you? I doubt it but you could always call the factory and ask. Call the dealers BS bluff haha

Yeah idk if it was cause I did some DD on my trade and projected sale price of a Tacoma so he just wasn’t having it, but I got an email that said:

“Due to supply issues from the closure of manufacturing plants there may be limited availability of certain models.
However, we are fortunate to extend to you more access to inventory than any other Toyota dealership within the mid-Atlantic region.”

and the guy via text said:

Thank you for the opportunity but Tacoma’s have not been discounted and some dealerships have charged above sticker for the limited availability. I’m around the same value for your Tacoma but my truck is going for what the price Toyota has valued it for. Please let me know how’d like to proceed
