Yeah, they actually deducted the MA plate and title fee and the MA sticker. Which will save me about $160. Overall not upset. Lunar rock off road is really tough to find. In a manual was next to impossible. So I figured having one built and waiting was the best option.

You went for the Lime... Nice. I haven't seen one in person yet. Pictures and Video's make it look like it changes colors depending on how the light hits it.

I hope it "color changes" with light. We scored a lunar rock last year, and it definitely changes based off of ground color and lighting. I'm excited. I have had the same 07 sport in silver since I got it new. Time 4 some color.

If you have to wait anyway, you might as well wait for what you truly want. The dealerships tried guilt tripping me into a different color, I said I could wait 3 months. Gives you time to stack some money and do research on part upgrades.

Is anyone else having trouble with the Toyota VIN Lookup website? First it's asking me to sign in, which you normally don't need to do, then you can't submit the VIN. Now it's got a "thinking" icon.

Agreed! I wanted a good used one 1.5 years ago when I was in the market for one. They were so expensive with some miles on them that it made more sense to buy a new one.

If you’re waiting on a truck you put money down on, if the truck hasn’t been built yet,… a pre-vin is assigned to the actual truck until it is beginning the build process. It won’t exist. But we are in retrograde and servers are going bananas until feb 3.

I already have a permanent Vin for my truck, I was actually looking up another one I saw on the Dealer website just out of curiosity. In any case, the website fixed itself after half an hour

Is it a 2022 TRD Pro? If so, send me the name of the dealership. I'll buy that fucking thing.

I've had dealers try this where they want your used truck now and promise to give you your new truck "when it arrives"....

It isn't. The only color options for 2022 Pro are white, black, gray, and electric lime.

I paid $40,500 for a 2022 TRD Off road DCSB, MT, Technology package. Was irritated at the dealer mark up of $2500 but needed a truck, couldn’t find anyone in Arizona who would budge. Come to find out 3 weeks later my neighbor is buying a new tundra from the same dealer Findlay Toyota in Prescott but now they have gotten rid of the $2500 mark up if you are local. Great news now but I’m sure they had a idea about this 3 weeks ago and said nothing. They price gouge because they can thats my only take away from them. Wont do business there again.
