What are you paying for your 2021 Tacoma? (price thread)

you are correct. it was a Sport 4x4... I had Pro on the brain and it didnt register during my excitement....ugh

 

I’m also getting 2022 Sport 4x4 - Barcelona Red. Wasn’t my first choice but damn needed that manual shift! The color will grow on me. It already is. I decided to go for a two-tone look by blacking out the exterior. But Army Green is sharp! That was my first choice.

 

that’s exactly what I did to my Barcelona red 21 SR5. Even blacked out the interior. Red was my LAST choice but it did grow on me and it is beautiful with the blacked out trim

 

That happen to me also, was set on army green, settled for barcelona red and once I started blacking out the rig it really grew on me, also not many around.

 

yep. same here. i just bought the Sport 4x4 in Army Green, but the red has really grown on me. Especially after all the upgrades ive done to it and all the plans i still had for it.

Y'all are like a support group! I honestly did NOT want the red, but hearing y'all say it's grown on you, I feel the same. I can't wait until next week when I get mine and start blacking it out!

 

I paid $37,980 for my 22' TRD Off road access cab. Dealer was asking just over 43k including a 5k mark up. I told him I'm not paying a cent over MSRP.

Pretty cool you found one without technology or LED headlights. Certainly not how I’d take an OR but the value prop on an AC OR like that is awesome! Great truck congrats

 

Yes that was out the door, I do want the OEM leds but meh I’ll do something I guess latter.

don’t regret it. It’s a beautiful color and I’d have no problem keeping it if it had 4 wheel drive

 

My wife's RAV4 is Barcelona Red. She had it when we got married. It is a nice color. Keep it clean, waxed, and it really sparkles in sunlight. I never had red vehicles before, but after living with her RAV, Barcelona Red was one of my color choices.

Blacked out BR looks as good as blacked out Wind chill pearl.

 

Barcelona Red with blacked out accessories and the way the sunlight hits it different times of the day changes the shade of the color is amazing IMO.

 

It always catches my eyes on the road, I’m always pointing it out to my wife. It’s a beautiful color especially when detailed correctly. I wouldn’t speed in that paint though, can’t be missed.

 

I got this for the tailgate. It has been too cold to apply the letters, but quality looks good out of the box.

From what I understand 3M tape has to be applied over 60 degrees

 

Same. My garage has 3 lawnmowers. Taco is parked outside, and has been cold in GA. Windchill is supposed to be in single digits this Saturday.

 

Hey Barsoom. I’d read that the metal letters rust over time. The OEM ones are made out of ABS plastic. So I purchased ones made with that to black out the exterior. Just something to consider.
